1. Where do you ship?

We ship to over 220 countries worldwide.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our handling time is usually 1-5 days. For shipping Helmets we use DHL Express, orders will arrive in 2-4 business days (worldwide).

We also partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. For those shipping times, see the product page description for details or contact us directly.

Some packages sent from global partners can take up to 25 days depending on the season (but this is definitely a rarity).

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check these details with your country's customs prior to buying. We also recommend that you open your package at the post office, as in case there is any damage, it will be compensated by the carrier.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE to the US, UK, AU, NZ and selected EU.

For international destinations we calculate based on weight. Please check our Rate Table for a full breakdown of prices to all other countries.

You can also just 'Add To Cart'. After filling out your preferred postal address the cost will be calculated for you.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes all orders are fully traceable. To follow the progress just visit: and enter in your tracking number.

Payment & Returns

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made with PayPal and all major credit/ debit card providers.

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

In that case, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item. We will request photos and immediately refund, or re-ship depending on each particular situation.

3. Can I return my item if I no longer need it? 

All of our products include a limited warranty (this doesn’t cover items that have been used, abused, burned or damaged). However this will be for the item price itself and not the postage price.

Sizing & Equipment

 1. Which sizes are available?

Every helmet design has different sizing options. Please check the product page description for all available sizes in that helmet type.

 2. How do I check my head measurement and ensure proper sizing?

Wrap cloth tape measure around head, one inch or 2.5cm above eyebrows (directly above ears and to the widest area at the back of the head).

The widest measurement will give you your helmet size. If you you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string, or cord and measure using the result with a tape measure, or ruler.

 3. What is the base helmet type of my predator helmet?

For the base of our in-house designs we use an open face (3/4) helmet, which our fibreglass predator designs are attached to via the visor anchor points.

All of our other designs come with a full face helmet as the base. If you would like to inquire about the specific helmet you are looking at, please feel free to shoot us a message here

Every one of our base helmets come direct from OEM and we take great care to not make any alterations to the structure, or integrity of the helmet whatsoever.
